Even after the update, I have the same problem on the same map as I did just before the update yesterday. This time it happened on a Wiederganger’s turn rather than a Ghoul’s, and it happened much earlier in the fight.
Update: I got through the map after playing through it again, this time with Fullscreen on (rather than borderless windowed) and depth of field off. No idea if that would have an effect, but it’s worth a shot if anyone still has this problem.
