I’ve got the same problem.
I can’t find how to produce the log as you did, so all I can do is describe my computer: I’m playing on a macbook pro from 2012 with Windows 7 on bootcamp. My graphic card is an Intel Graphic HD 4000.
I tried to launch the game either in windowed and fullscreen mode (with steam game launch options), but it didn’t fix this problem.
Hope this is not a big thing! :>
