1. HP just got more important, which is fine.
And you got a perk for cripple. To cripple orcs is harder, but it should be.
But still pretty good possible with crits, perks, right weapons and tactic.
2. SE was never that good in lowlevels and the new perk system is a big improvement compared to the old system.
You can build alot of unique builds.
