Topic: Fast Adaptation Icon Appears After Hitting Non-Intended Target

If you miss your intended target with a ranged attack, but hit another enemy instead, the Fast Adaptation icon (if the character has the perk) appears as if it has been activated, but actually it states that the character has a +0% chance to hit with any attack.
