All options not visible in dialog box

So a company serving one of the noble houses has come to arrest one of my mercenaries with a raider background. I know there should be about four options because I just had this pop up a few minutes ago. This time, however, I can only see the first option and the tippy top of the second option. The scroll bar doesn’t allow me to scroll down any further to see the remaining optins.

I’ve saved a copy of the log file since it exceeds the allowed file size. If you need it, let me know how you want me to get it to you.
