    I’m unable to start game, every attempt ends up with error message “A critical exception was raised at hardware level. The program will now terminate”. I played the game last Sunday and everything was OK, yesterday I installed all the patches but from that point the game doesn’t work. I updated graphic drivers and reinstall the game but it didn’t help. DxDiag and log are in attachments.

    The external UI library we use times out for you. Try disabling any anti-virus program you have and/or try running the game with admin rights.

    Turning off antivirus solved the problem, thanks for help.
