Clues about locatiuons from enemy camps or defeated Raiding parties

It would be nice if enemy defeated larger parties or destroyed camps drop some clues about undiscovered locations or enemy camps.
Its kinda suck right now looking for new locations or enemy camps. It take a lot of time to find one and in meantime enemy spawn few more.
It could be that after destroying big enemy party(especially with bosses) there could be possibility to reveal neutral locations or enemy camps. This sort of info could be not precise without exact numbers or even with location little moved.

Or just possibility to buy information in cities and other settlements. Heck I bet that people would be pointing anyone into the enemy camps hoping that they would kill it for free.

I like this idea, actually. Maybe it’s a low %chance, but it’d be a nice, simple reward.
