    Visiting neutral city and trying to get contract here.
    Instead dialog popup I get map viev.
    Esc cancel this.
    added screenshots and save file.

    Hm. Strange. After quiting and reloading it show itself.

    This should be fixed with the update that just went live. You may have to restart Steam to get it.
