    There is no log.html file, the BB Documents folder is empty, presumably because I’ve never actually played the game.

    This error is 100% reproducible by entering the settings menu and hitting Okay or Apply (even if no changes are made).

    I’ve updated all my drivers, and even used 3rd party apps DriverMax and DriverTalent to verify that all my drivers are up to date. My GeForce drivers are up to date.

    Error message is attached.

    I solved this issue with a refund.
