    If you get sick after eating strange mushrooms, the effect tooltip says (if you have the perk) that it won’t take effect till after battle because of the Hold Out perk. However, this is not the case: the effect is instant even if you do have the perk. So either the “won’t take effect” text needs to be removed from the tooltip or the perk needs to truly delay the effect.
