    The latest patch (1.3.0.18) states that it “Fixed some legendary locations not being placable on some rare map seeds.” I’ve just loaded up the seed JHUZTYVSZW and checked, and the Icy Cave still doesn’t spawn on this map.

    No mods running when I loaded this seed.
