    1. Start battle with a 2-handed weapon and with all bag slots filled
    2. Switch to a shield during battle (leave the weapon hand free)
    3. Pick up a 1-handed weapon as loot (into free hand) and end battle with no further re-ordering of equipment

    Because of the equipment reset setting, the 2-handed weapon gets moved back into the hands, and the first equipped item (the looted 1-handed weapon) gets moved into the bag slot, and the second equipped item (the shield) is lost.
