Keep crashing

The games keep crashing for me in different moments of different campaings for no reason, sometimes inside a battle sometimes walking on the map.

I’ll attach everything i can from my last attempt of playing, the situation of my campaing is just after defeated “The Weasel” and going on a hunt of a group of direwolves, the game crashes in the battle with the direwolves.
