Masterwork Bow request

From previous patch notes, I understand that there is a Masterwork Bow that will be crafted by a bowyer when his special event procs. Can you increase the frequency this event happens? Or make it available for sale at bow shops with the same rarity special maces and swords appear at the weaponsmiths? I’m on day 290 and I’ve had a boywer in my company for almost all of that and he has yet to craft one. Meanwhile, all nine melee have at least one rare weapon and in some cases two (a one-hander and a two-hander).
