What I’m talking about is a width of a total visible area of name and title in Temple and Hire screens, exceeding which leads to the last part of title (or all of it) being cut off.
Here’s an example: current Maximum Width is this –
If even a single character (here ‘A’) switched for another wider one (here ‘W’) title is cut off, though visually there IS space still available.
When several words separated by spaces used, it cuts only last part
So sometimes in Hire screen you can see new recruits with long names and just title ‘the ‘, like here –
I suggest increasing the width up to first or second notch as shown on picture below in attempt to minimize natural occurence of this behavior.
