Orc Chain/ Flail Mastery

Orc Berserker Chain not benefiting from fatigue reduction if character has flail mastery.
Is this intentional? Other masteries like axe mastery are granting this benefit.

Both skills of the Berserker Chain benefit from the fatigue reduction of the Flail Mastery. It may not be as apparent because, like with all orc weapons, there’s still an additional fatigue cost of +5 applied to every use of any of the weapon’s skills.
