It would be nice to have the Retired Soldiers & Swordmasters have a perk where they would take a newer recruit “under their wing” and give them extra training now and then. This would have the effect of increasing the survival rate of new recruits a little better.
I know there’s the random event of having one of the more experienced brothers give extra training to lesser recruits, but this would be a “one on one” thing.
Maybe this could add a random positive perk or remove a negative perk, as well as a general random stat increase. Ideally, this would NOT happen immediately, but over several days.
EDIT: ONLY applies to NEW recruits, and may or may NOT happen.
In a single player game, there's no such thing as cheating. It's merely "creative manipulation of the default settings"!
