    It looks like if “Student” perk was used, potion of oblivion gives back one less used perk points, which means that if potion of oblivion is used before reaching 11 lvl or if it was used more than 1 time, the brother with “Student” perk (which is not removed by the potion and, for some reason, is not counted as used perk anymore) will lose perk points if he will drink the potion before reaching 11 lvl or he will drink more than one potion.
