Topic: Reserves on Battlefields for Fights in which Formations Aren't Held

See screenshots (13/12, “in reserve” but on battlefield etc.). Hired a new recruit and gave him light arms and no shield, and placed him on reserve. Then we were ambushed by goblins and he was thrown into the fray and had to hide in the bushes.
