    The Sergeant’s Stash is said to increase the morale of the wearer by +10, but actually it is by 10% (i.e. +6 if morale is 60, but +12 if morale is 120).

    Seems to work fine. The Sergeant’s Stash increases resolve (but not morale) by +10 like the description claims it does.

    Sorry. I meant Resolve. But, as in the screenshot attached, it goes up by +12 (to 133) if Resolve is 121. Not that it really makes much practical difference, since the wearer will always have a Resolve that’s close to 100 …

    Could be because of the Fortified Mind perk. The item really does increase resolve by a flat +10.

    That makes sense, I think. The base Resolve (minus FM) was c. 97, and so (97 + 10) x 0.25 = 26.75, and 107 + 26.75 = 133.75, rounded down to 133.
