Training facilities

I got this idea from the game called “.Taikou Risshiden V”.
I think it would be fun if there are some training facilities in Battle Brothers. Players can use these facilities to train their mercenaries.
The facility won’t increase mercenaries’ skill point, directly. It will give more stars to one of the mercenaries’ skill level for a certain period of time, if players have passed the test. Based on the test result, mercenaries could receive no more than 3 stars for one specific skill. The test could be some sort of mini game.
