Will Noble Mercenaries Have Relations To Noble Houses?

Let’s say I hire a Bastard, Adventurous Noble, Disowned Noble or Hedge Knight, maybe even a Squire. Will taking one of them on influence my relations with noble houses on the map? Will they have events relating to their background involving their old family ties / loyalties?

Note: I’m speaking in terms of eventualities, not immediacies. I don’t expect such events / relation modifiers to come up immediately upon release of the next update, but I’m wondering if these sort of things might come up later.

Yes, there’ll be a few events concerned with noble backgrounds and their relation to noble houses. It’ll be mostly for flavor, though, and not a big gameplay thing.
