Topic: Variety of mercs with different backgrounds & skills

How about making battle bros even more unique? Make the different regions have mercs who are different racially with different backgrounds, skills & beliefs? Like in the fantasy realm of Conan you have different races/colors and religions or lack of. Also make it where u can progress up in the world to become a general or ruler of a region. Go from leading a merc band to an entire army.
