I’m doing the quest to find Olaf’s hut or something in the wood, to then report the discovery in town
I find the hut, and I understandably want to murder what’s in it for extra crown
the battle goes smoothly (thanks to the recent bug fixes) until I kill the last orc
the screen zooms out as it does at the end of a battle, but no victory screen appears
can’t loot, let alone leave the battle (without retreating/making half my men commit sudoku in front of an empty battlefield)
clicking on the combat options like ending turn for character and such does not give any result at all
I’m left alone to think about what I’ve done.
this bug actually raises a gameplay problem in my opinion, that is the near-uselessness of retreating ; maybe it’d be interesting to be able to retreat safely if all the battle brothers are gathered away of the enemy.
