    You probably have an inventory filter selected. Click the ‘Show all’ button in your inventory.

    So I looted a camp with some young orcs after killing them, but once I checked my inventory after the battle all loot is gone.
    I went to town, unequipped a few items and they also do not appear in my inventory…
    I can see an item or two, after the blank spaces where I assume the rest of the equipment should be shown.

    Yeah, might have been the case, reloaded the save and it was fine, must have reset the filter…
