    Title says it already.

    I just fought fallen heroes and disarmed the 2h flail guy.
    He landed a hit on one of my guys and ended up with a Reach Advantage stack.

    I don’t think this is intended as you have absolutely no reach without a weapon :D

    I have a screenshot now.
    It turns out to be Bite and not and unarmed attack.
