Add alternative item as Battle Standart

Currently it’s no way to escape using polearm ‘Battle Standart’ and to have Leader Inspire Aura for your men, but it’s a bit strange that any formation should use it. However bandits and raiders have leader with same aura without such polearm.

Is there any idea how it can be remade to give a choise – use Standart or just select a Leader?

I think, Battle Standart Aura can still work being put into bag/
