    I canceled the ambition to get to 8000 fame, will it reappear later again or I won’t be able to take it again?

    It will appear again. Maybe not the next time that you are presented with options to choose from as they are picked semi-randomly from a bigger pool (as far as I can tell), but sooner or later it will come up.
