    remember Oberyn Martell vs The Mountain in GoT? you should get Mdef for not wearing helmets, light armor, since you have WAY more awareness than a guy suited in a full plated helmet. Also way more agile and makes dodging easier.

    Did you try the dodge perk? That kinda does what you are asking for.

    it should be a passive game mechanic. dodge should be an augmented perk for that
