Crash after Southern contract conquest city holy war

I accepted a 1 skull contract during holy war crisis from a southern city state to conquest the holy city. Before the fight against the northern house i got the mercenary captain offering help for crowns, which i accepted. After winning the battle i got a crash report.

It will show the same crash report after loading the saved game, i dont know if it can be reproduced otherwise

Also, if the crash is fixed, will i be able to continue this playing this save?
