Disappearing ground item after dropping an item on top

Situation: got a dead fallen hero on the ground, shield+cleaver dropped on the same tile.
I Move a bro on top, then drop a quiver of arrows from the belt (ctrl+right click) -> cleaver disappears from the ground tile.
At battle end screen, there is no cleaver. Cleaver is gone.

Update:

Dropping a quiver of arrows (ctrl+rbm) makes item in the tile disappear.

I get why it is banned to share quivers, but that script should not delete loot!
