Topic: Distance not taken into account for non-cargo contracts

    Note how the contract here states that the camp is basically on the other side of the map, for 1100 in reward.

    The issue here is that at this stage of the campaign, the travel time to get to the other side of the map and back already eats up the entire reward in payroll expenses (before considering food expenses), so there is no point in this contract. Granted, this is on expert economic difficulty, but I was sort of expecting that there would at least be 100 gold profit. The pay is in fact a loss for me at this point of the campaign.

    Should the user have to trivially refuse contracts that result in losses just from travel time?

    I agree with this. This needs to be updated.
