Goblins secret poison??

So I fought some goblins, they got one of my men quite low, but I got him out of combat, I moved him away and all of a sudden he dies (at the end of his own turn). The battle log only says Baldomers body is hit for 5 damage. He was not poisoned, atleast there were no icons saying so. And both remaining goblins were in combat far away. I’d really like to know what killed him. Any idears?

Bleeding damage? Certain weapons cause bleeding, and that can kill.
