Infinite load on champion battle

Thought I just posted this, is there a filter to approve before it shows up? Don’t see it on the list of posts? Reposting to test sorry if its a dupe.

When i start this battle against a bandit champion the battle never loads.

Removed all mods, and re-verified game file integrity and tried again, nothing.

Save file and log.html attached.

Fight is forced so sadly that save is dead unless i figure a way to fix the loading.
