Missing settlement situation with Blazing deserts DLC

Hello,
I’ve noticed that there is no “Disapearing villagers” in the city states or it’s just a bad luck. I’ve got contracts to hunt down what terrorizes the settlement but the settlement did not have the dissapearing situation. Has this settlement situation been removed for the city states in “Blazing deserts DLC” maybe replaced by serpent/ifrit situation or something else is happening?
