Non combat horses for increasing world map travel speed?

Hi, I just thought it’d be interesting to be able to buy these short, stocky horses that can help increase the overall travel speed of the party while they’re on the world map. The horses won’t show up in combat because the game would just naturally “assume” the battle brothers discount before entering battle. Also, each horse would consume 1 food per day. Furthermore, there should be a brother with a “horse thief” background :D :D :D And he’d randomly trigger an event that says he “liberates a horse from a nearby village”
