Reputation milestones

Hello Guys,

It would be nice to add certain “reputation milestones” below which reputation with settlements cannot drop or quests that give “perma rep”. It makes sense, think about it, people can forget things, that makes sense, but if a company worked hard for multiple times in one settlement aren’t they deserve a credit? I understand that noble houses are arrogant bastards (in the game) and can forget things, but common folks?
