    I’ve noticed that the “Sword Mastery” perk only affects a few skills, and none of them are available for the Scimitar. Does these mean the perk is useless for the scimitar/shamshir/other unusual swords? I like the scimitar but if it doesn’t have skills affected by perks, it may not stack up against traditional swords that have been in the game longer.
