Two windows open up one above the other

I was about to face a orc warlord, saved before he reached me and I wanted to try it again after the battle, when I loaded the game two windows opened up one above the other and it seems I can’t clicked the second which is above because the modal is in the window below, the first one.

So right after I load the game I’m stuck and can’t play anymore.

Was able to get unstuck by clicking like a madman while loading where the first button would show up.

Killed the warlord and the quest didn’t end.

I had done this quest before and completed it normally.
