When a veteran bro dies, the other brothers should react to it.

When you have veteran brothers who fought together in many battles, and one of them dies, it’s very disheartening. Especially when you’re playing Iron man. But what could make this moment a bit more bearable is if the others, who have known him for a long time, actually reacted to it in some way (besides just possible morale failure). For example, his “best friends” (the people who’ve gone on X battles with him/spent X days together) could get a “revenge” buff for the rest of the fight. This could interact in interesting ways with the morale of the others.
