The sword looks really nice. But one thing should be noted. A sword without a pommel is a really bad thing. Because the pommel is the part which holds everything together.
"I am a Paladin!"
>OMG, Malthus, there are no damn paladins in Battle Brothers...<
"OK, OK! Then I´m a wrecked down minstrel drunkard pretending to be a paladin, singing so wrong in the midst of battle that even the undead run in fear... Better?!"22. June 2015 at 17:45 #4982
thanks…and i like your work really also is a really good game.
i can send u the .psd if u like, so that u can modify it freely if u want :D

the pommel in medieval duel, sometimes, was used for a distraction(reference from manuscript KK5013, which is part of the Gladiatoria, a German series of manuscripts from the 15th century), and this sword as u can notice have a bar at the end of the grip… it holds everything. :322. ah and the pommel not allways hold everything in a sword xD :3 and of course is a fantasy concept :324. June 2015 at 22:14 #5063TrigParticipant
Excellent! And from an English native editor it should be St.Angela the Toothless (not teethless) :p
Even if she was without all her teeth, since all were used for holy relics?25. June 2015 at 19:47 #5079Holy.DeathParticipant
I like that approach to relics, it sounds like thaumaturgy and thus feels closer to real world (even though in this world magic does exist). I am very interested how amulets and the likes will work in this context. Will they act as the placebo effect? Boosting the wearer’s resolve by making him believe it’s a magical item that grants its’ wearer courage? Or will the effects be more direct than that?10. July 2015 at 09:53 #525413. I’ve started a new campaign when “named items” patch was released and my guys are already about lvl8 and I’ve still not won any named items or even seen them, or the advertised “werewolf” armour. It’s all just same ol’ gear I see. Maybe make the rare items a bit less rare, even if their stats aren’t superior, just for variety sake.14. July 2015 at 16:19 #5272Holy.DeathParticipant
I have to say I am impressed. I thought human equipment has been already fleshed out, but so it happens that the bandits are getting their own gear. It keeps getting better and better.15. July 2015 at 09:13 #5278

Of course the named items are not a remedy for the lack of item variation. It’s more like a little treat to sweeten the wait for you :)
Just like the bandit armors a lot of “normal” equipment will be added in the next months and I really mean a lot.
The Bandit armors are just the tip of the ice berg. Give us some more time and I promise we will deliver :)
What would a bandit be without the according headgear? Enjoy!15. July 2015 at 09:41 #5279RusBearParticipant
8 lvl team- got only 1 rare sheald – happy:) no one rare 2h axe- not happy :(
p.s. All named items and personal bandit’s stuff looks real good. take my respect to desiner and artsmaker!
1 heavy armor whit wolf fur in rare named items, please. may be on some bandit boss, yes?! you make me so happy. I promise – I will kill for this all game’s crime!
