I really missed some battle sisters! Great to see them finding their way into the game. :)

20. November 2014 at 06:14 #1364Mashed ZombieParticipantAre you redoing and making more armours?
20. November 2014 at 09:41 #1365PsenBattleKeymasterAbsolutely!
In our game design document there is still a big backlog of weapons and armor we want to implement, but we decided to concentrate on high priority tasks first. More equipment is basically just more content. I decided to add these armors now, so that we can have a seamless power progression in equipment for the Early Access in January.
Have a look at these beauties!
Top left to right: Heraldic Coat of Plates, Coat of Scales, Scale Armor, Heavy Lamellar Armor and Mail Shirt.
Bottom row: Just different looks for the basic linen tunic most brothers start out with.22. November 2014 at 12:34 #1366AdrenorParticipantMan, your work is really great! It looks like so medieval, truly atmospheric. I just dreamed about so realistic stuff images for a long years. I hate those fantasy barbies so popular nowadays with unimaginable armor and all the colors of the rainbow. So I think you are very talented, honestly. Wish you good luck and count days until BB released. And sorry for my bad English, I’m from Ukraine :P
22. November 2014 at 22:56 #1368PsenBattleKeymasterHey adrenor!
Thanks for the compliment and don’t worry about the english :)
I’m a big fan of historical medieval outfits. There is such a great variety in looks and style and nobody shows that.
It’s great to hear that other people like the realistic style as well :)Allthough we’ve got orcs and undead i still want a historic vibe in the game. I think that’s what is setting us apart visually from most other games.
We hope we can deliver an early access version by the end of january!
Cheers!

27. November 2014 at 10:40 #1381PsenBattleKeymaster16. December 2014 at 10:54 #1453PsenBattleKeymasterJust a little update on worldmap assets.
And in other news, I re-opened my portfolio page so feel free to have a look at

17. December 2014 at 09:51 #1454PsenBattleKeymaster17. December 2014 at 11:58 #1456Mashed ZombieParticipantLooking good as usual. How’s the battle terrain going? Is it done already or are you doing all the world map terrain first? And is that snow I see?!
17. December 2014 at 12:41 #1457PsenBattleKeymasterYes, thats absolutely snow! :)
Unfortunately I still have to paint all those environments in the tactical combat. So still quite a bit of work to do. But we are working full speed ahead on this! It will have an awesome impact on the whole atmosphere.19. December 2014 at 13:54 #1464juanvalParticipantGreat work. Nice world map and the video is great. At the moment I see it a little empty of content. It would be great to see ornamental objects like mills, vigilant towers, lighthouses, docks, mines, caves, cattle, wild animals roaming, etc.
23. December 2014 at 15:27 #1470tomme25ParticipantYour art style is great Paul
Love how the badlands / wasteland looks. Going to be terrifying going in there
