Where did You get the examples/prototypes of all these medieval pictures? Are You looking phostos or visit museums? Or You just imagine it?

Hey Adrenor,
everytime I draw something new I start by searching the internet for reference pictures. This applies not only to medieval buildings and clothing but also to environments, color themes, lighting setups or perspectives (and especially character poses!!).
The more reference you use and the more pictures you paint you will eventually build up a “reference library” in your head :)

Amazing! They are so fantastic even at high res…. any chance we could be able to have a zoom-in tool tip? Or something where we can click on them, see the big icon and see a big description?

Really great! I assume the wine is glass half-empty half-full :D

You have a knack for detail paul… you could really improve, but would really suffer with one of the gaming monoliths like Creative Assembly or Firaxis where such detail becomes industrialized.

Love the lightning, cat, lungs, brawn… and am very curious about the out-of-focus goblin, the salt, the peace sign fingers, the broken plate and others

Hehe, honestly for some traits it was really difficult to find Icons.
The blurred Goblin is “Short sighted” :)
The peace sign is actually supposed to symbolize “swearing and oath” and is for “loyal”. The opposite is the crossed fingers for “disloyal”.
The broken Plate is “clumsy”
The salt is supposed to be rice and stands for “spartan” (this character consumes less food). the opposte is the big steak for “glutton” (this character consumes more food).

Hey, these perks look very sweet!
Let me guess (from the top left to right):

Higher evasion against ranged attacks — higher evasion against melee attacks — smithing(?)
Tough guy (more hitpoints?) — shield expert (better shieldwall?) — athletic (can move once for zero AP?),
9 lives (survives 1 letal hit per battle) — awareness(?) — used to heavy armor(?)
gracious(?) — (?) — swap position with an adjacent brother
(?) — (?)

Top left is my favourite! And I see where that shield expert comes from… ;)
