    Wow, really? That’s awesome :D

Do they level like we do too? (As in, are they leveled and do they have similar stat progression?)

I’m a huge fan of the idea of giving enemies perks similar to player mercs. The Long War mod for XCOM:2014 did the that and ended up providing both increased difficulty and diversity. Enemies were tougher, fought differently, and had to be approached on a case by case basis, all of which is excellent in my eyes.

Having a system in Battle Brothers where perked up enemies began cycling in later in the game could do a lot for the difficulty curve lategame.

    Sweet!
I just think a cagey merc captain would have more efficient means of finding loots than wandering around the wilderness. Sounds like you agree :D I can’t wait for legendary artifacts, though I’m a bit curious how many men the first one will cost me >.>

I don’t think dual wielding as it is traditionally portrayed in gaming has much of a place in BB, since, as others have noted, dual wielding was actually incredibly rare historically, and despite the fantasy elements of BB, the mercenary company itself tends toward a very realistic tone.

However, I do think it would be interesting if daggers had the option to be off hand wielded, giving a very minor defense buff and a bonus to riposte (or granting riposte if the primary normally would not allow it). It could add some interesting defensive dynamics to otherwise very lightly armed characters (and NPCs). Still, if push comes to shove, I’d rather not have dual wielding that force it unnaturally into the game.

    hehe thats the spirit!

We are aware that the map can feel a bit empty at times but we we have a boquet of new content and ideas to add to the worldmap to give the player more to do and make it more alive. You just have to give us more time. Right now with the high number of players bugs pop up that we never experienced before so we have to squash those first before moving back to adding new content.

Ah, makes sense to me. Well, I’m very excited; this is definitely a game worth bugfixing. I’ll just have to get a bit more aggressive in the meantime :D
