ambition problem

I startet the “end the orc invasion ambition”

I killed the orc warlord, and his crew, got the payment for the mission(3-4k gold), but not sure if the the invasion is over and the ambition is not complettet.

When killing orcs, i dont get the massage about the warlord anymore, last time i did this on veteren is was over when killing that warlord, now i am running the hardcore mode on ironman, so maybe it is different on this lvl?
