can't find legendary location (ambition)

I have searched the whole world and can’t find the legendary locations.

I think that I have found the legendary locations before the ambition started. And that might be the reason why I can’t complete the ambition.

The same bug might happen with finding the 8 locations. If you have searched every location before the ambition started, I doubt the ambition will be completed. I’m not sure though.

please have a look at my save game and tell me what I must do or if it is a bug.
