Deserters Start Ability

I think Deserters origin should have some defense bonus for fleeing and retreating brothers instead of First to Run – like a Weasel perk, but only for every deserter in the party.
More usefull and appropriate for role playing – rewards keeping more deserters in the party instead of exchanging all of them with high resolve brothers.
Also, starting every battle with acting first in the first round becomes annoying.
