    I bought the new DLC on steam, it downloads and installs as it should (apparently, steam says so), but when I launch the game the checkbox next to the DLC icon says it’s not there, and gives a link for purchasing it…
    I had mods installed earlier, so I manually deleted everything and did a clean install. Twice.

    Try unchecking the DLC in Steam and then checking it again.

    Yea, I tried that as well before. Tried 3 more times just for kicks. Nothing.
