    I have had an escorted caravan go haywire after it was ambushed by bandits. It continued on the original route for half a day, pulled a 180deg turn, ran off to a totally random direction (ignoring roads too) for half a day, then went back to the original direction.

    During this period, the donkey icon seem to disappear too. I can still see the floaty ‘Caravan ‘Puny”, but no icon.

    No savegame, I’m afraid, will try to replicate and upload.
