i missunderstand few things

I tried to play in Veteran. But i am a bit fed up about 3 things :
– what is the shield used by the enemy… They block a lot, more than twice that my own team
– my shoot miss more than my rates. Most time for 30%, i need 5 to 6 shoot… But i do not feel the same rates for the enemy.
– Sometimes, i really feel that heavy armor are paper armor. But in fact, what is light or heavy armor (no data about)

few more things, could you color a bit more map :
– area impossible to move
– enemy or ally
